Good afternoon {{{{{{{{{{Mary}}}}}}}}}}}}} Yesterday was a great day but today is gloomy and drizzley and all. Still, that doesn't have to be shoveled.

I am now in PT. The therapist did an assessment this morning and since her next appointment cancelled we continued with the start of the exercises and things I need to do. I have lots of homework. I was a tad exhausted when I left but it is all good. My next appointment is for Monday.

Ohhhhhh I remember being put in PT...not an easy task when you don't feel well.....I hope that your therapist is a fabulous one for you....and I hope and pray that PT helps you....and you get your rest when you have therapy...I know how it takes it out of you.

today was a bit glummy weatherwise....but looking forward to the weekend...suppose to have 70 plus weather this weekend.....I hope so.....

Glad you have a good therepist......if I got on the floor they would have to take a crane to get me off the floor.....that would not be a pretty sight.

My thursday was an emotional day....I am battling my depression...and trying to think happy thoughts.....It is hard when you see so much violence and hatred around you.....such as the sad news of the Virginia Tech.

Hope the nice weather we had today and are supposed to have for the weekend works its way to you too.

Well at the therapist I use the table. At home I use the floor and yes I can get up from there. May use the sofa a bit to do so but all is good.

Did my morning exercises and then had to take my van over to get the maintenance done on the lift, and scooter and hand controls. All is fine. Didn't cost too much either for all of that.

I realized when I got home this evening I still am not good at judging how much I can do... Still looking at the list of the final exercises I should do this evening. Oh I will, but it does tire me a bit.

I am so sorry to hear you are having the problem with depression sweetie. Maybe one of the things you need to do is to not watch the news. At least not while you are struggling hon.

Just don't over do it hun...and do it at a slow even pace......So glad you got your maintenance and repairs done on the lift and the scooter......that is always a plus that it don't cost to much.

I went this morning and got my allergy shot...then came home and got something to eat....then I rode my chair over to K~Mart.....I had to pick up a few things....then came home and played online...then sat out for a bit.

I got a nice surprise today....an old friend from my past stopped in to say hello....it was nice to see him....we talked about ole times and he introduced me to his daughter and son....it was good to see him
