Just finished. 35th in age group. 3 hours and 6 minutes for 1200m elevation isn't too shabby. I'll take it. 20 minute PB from last year. I'm so happy. Thanks to everyone who sent me a message of support.

Just 22K (nothing for you) but 1200m elevation with 950 steps at the end (icing on the cake).

Don't qualify it! The elevation the stairs..... And I don't run as hard and fast as you do. All runs are worthy and challenging.

I just couldn't remember because I was thinking about your time. You really did kill it with that terrain!!
