Well, My, my, my..... I got to working here at home this morning and didn't have any time to check in here and see what you all were up to. When I signed off you all were on page 108, I just got done with dinner and ya'll are on page 125!!

So... on ScarletDaisy's Day Off, I have spent my morning drinking coffee and working on the miniature I've decided to build.

Adding my 2¢ about tornadoes. I'm up in NW Indiana, we just don't get tornadoes touching down to the ground here. We do get the strong winds and a couple times a year they're bad enough to do some really bad tree damage. I'm about 20 minutes from the tip of the most southern tip of Lake Michigan. People around here say that it's the air pressure around this part of the lake that pushes the tornado system back up into the skies. I have no idea though...

I usually like to stand out in front of the garage and watch the storm but once the rain starts or when it just gets too windy, I'm moving back into the house. Our tornado alert tower system is tested every Tuesday around 11am. And those suckers are LOUD! But I guess that depends on how close you are to one of them.

I've said this before, but it's my greatest dream as a relatively new homeowner (3.5 years) to tell some whippersnappers to get themselves off my lawn.
