Yes, a softer version of a granola bar!
Basically rolled oats, demerara sugar, butter and golden syrup. Then baked.

I sometimes melt down dark chocolate and pour a thin layer over the top before chilling it. Because obviously the sugar and golden syrup is not sweet enough
