Speaking of coffee ice cream - @Nylonian , what coffee do you recommend for the best coffee ice cream?

Best coffee ice cream. Hmm locally or stateside? Locally I'd say Rivareno or Ciccone but nothing beats making your own affogato at home if you have a decent espresso maker and good vanilla ice cream on hand.

Stateside, it varies but I've had TJ's Coffee Blast and that had a decently smooth but not overly sweet espresso flavour. I should also mention Turkey Hill.

My rule of the past couple years has been I will no longer cook food requiring me to hover over it that lasts 3 times longer to cook than to eat it....slow cooker fine. Oven fine. Smoker fine. .. everything else? I just don't have enough love in my heart to do anymore
