Hmmm… taking my dog for a walk always helps. It’s nice just to be outside & to see how excited she is to just sniff things.

For the movies, I can’t believe no one listed The Fifth Element! Such a good movie.

Probably just everything I do on a good day but with more intent and self reflection and try to turn that negativity into positivity energy.

Could be the myriad of ways I express myself. Dance, watercolour, poetry, writing. Depends on what the mood calls for.

When you're having a HORRIBLE day... what do you do to turn it around?

Depends on if its work induced and if I need to get shit done to get through it or if its something else.
If its like sadness or anxiety or emotional things like that I can shake that stuff off at will honestly. It wasn't always that way but a lifetime of training myself has got me to a fairly solid place.
And if its really really really a horrible day I just go load up my dogs, my earbuds, start the playlist, grab my gear and head to the woods.
