I loved the Moreton Bay bug dishes I had when in Australia, so that inspired that pick.
There was an Uncle Tetsu close to my hotel in Sydney. I loved their Hard Rock puffs, maybe even more than their cheesecake, but thought that might be too niche.

Good choice. Now I know what to bring to the dinner party this weekend and yes, Moreton Bay bugs are hard to prepare but so worth it. I was surprised because I literally had it last week. So very fortunate guess.
