My husband and I have a very similar situation. I'm 5'3" (160.5 cm) and he's 6'2" (188 cm). If he doesn't accompany me to the grocery store, I occasionally have to make substitutions to the grocery list. And he's often stopped at the store by short women needing some assistance. He's joked that his retirement gig will be standing in the frozen food aisle for that express purpose.

I am 6' 2" and always happy to help!

Music! Try to lose myself in my music if I can. While getting something done around the house. My thought is, if I'm irritated or pissed off, I might as well use that ragey energy for something good and speed through doing the dishes, cleaning the house, mowing the lawn. At least then something productive comes from my grumpy, pissy attitude lol.

Music is huge! Can always be a game changer...or, sometimes oddly enough, it only hightens whatever mood I'm in so I guess that could be a good or bad thing depending lol
