Interesting question. I would have to say an Old Fashioned.
It is somewhat refined, has some complexity and when you get to the muddle fruit and sugars, it can be sweet.

I'm going with Gentleman Jack on the rocks. Sipping it around the campfire. A little smokey, a bit of a bite and rough around the edges at first but then mealows out to a smooth, calming wave from the ice, yet warming the body as it goes down.
