You know it's going to be a good afternoon when you set a stick of butter out to come to room temperature in the morning.

Whereas my husband got yelled at for using all the soft butter and not taking another stick out. Had to butter toast this morning with cold ass butter.

Oh! I come to think of another Prosecco drink @EyesOnHers ! I don't know if you'd tried it but here is the recipe.
It's called Sorbetto and I had my first in Italy 1994 and is a great dessert in the summer.
1 portion:
50g sorbet ice lemon
3cl Limoncello
3 cl Prosecco
Stir gently so it all mix well but the bubbles doesn't disappear. Pour into Champagne glass. Put in a straw and enjoy!
