It's coaching, water, usually some tv.... MAYBE a little of my other work, and then bed

I usually finish my meal prep for the week, go over schedules with hubby, FaceTime with either of my kids, and lately, watch hubby play a video game.

Then it's my skin and hair routine and off to bed.... Unless insomnia hits again.

Not much different than other nights... shower, brush teeth, a uniquely Sunday one - if I haven't put away laundry (often) I might pull out clothes for Monday from the clean clothes pile

May I ask what your skin and hair routein are? I try to do a face mask sunday night but don't do anything for my hair. I would love to know what you do.

Here's my secret.... I wash my face with Caress Daily Silk. If I wore makeup, I start with Clinique Take the Day Off first. I finish off with Clinique mositerizing gel. I honestly don't do that much but it's been amazing for my skin.

I also tend to move from Clinique products to Lavelier products. But the main thing I use is the Daily Silk.
