Just a pirouette? I was hoping that being Friday we would get a cartwheel.Pirouettes into the Cozy Corner breakfast nook with a smile on my face and pours myself a coffee. It's finally Friday. Wishing all of you a wonderful day.![]()
When the NFL robbed me of my team, I turned away.Preach. NIL is destroying college football and college basketball.
I am the hypocrite that still goes to NFL games and complains about the salaries, celebrating, etc. But I can't give it up, because it has been a part of my life for too long.
So you must be from the St. Louis area. The Cardinals never should have gone to AZ.When the NFL robbed me of my team, I turned away.
You don't seem like the type to give up.Nah I've just given up on them..... with the coaching carousel my picks might not have made much of a difference.![]()
Good morning!
I have questions which, no doubt, will heap derision on my head. Would someone explain shower coffee to me? The idea of piping hot liquid around my unprotected skin frightens me. The idea of shower water diluting my coffee sounds awful. Clearly an adult sippy cup and would work to a point but this seems a strange concept to me.
One move at a timeJust a pirouette? I was hoping that being Friday we would get a cartwheel.![]()
Normally no.... on the NFL and NBA...yes.You don't seem like the type to give up.![]()
Shower coffee....interesting..So... I put 2 ice cubes in my coffee... it is instantly drinkable, not burn your skin hot - my coffee never is.
Additionally, my shower has a perfect little shelf that fits nothing but a single shampoo bottle or in this case, a coffee mug - it is high enough on the wall that water doesn't splash in it. It makes my showers longer, but I'll never shower without a beverage again (when at home at least)
Except mine is an actual mug... not travelIt's drinking a coffee in the shower, alright. With the help of a travel mug, and ideally a shelf away from the spray. It requires managing some logistics, but then it's nice. I enjoyed on an especially cold morning recently, and I'm converted.
If I am understanding transfer windows correctly, I don't believe they are the same thing.Being lazy
Can someone answer to save me doing Google research...
Is the Drafts you are talking about like football (soccer) transfer windows?
I'm new to this, gonna take time to get on your level!Except mine is an actual mug... not travel![]()
The AZ move was before my time. Kronke and his good ole boys screwed us over.So you must be from the St. Louis area. The Cardinals never should have gone to AZ.
Kronke is a piece of work. He leaves wreckage wherever he goes. The AZ move was before my time. Kronke and his good ole boys screwed us over.
Thank youIf I am understanding transfer windows correctly, I don't believe they are the same thing.
The transfer window appears to allow player movement to active rosters, but they were already on the team. The draft is taking an amateur player and placing them onto a team.
My pleasure.Thank you![]()
But take my explanation with a grain of salt, because I could have misunderstood how transfer windows work from what I read.My only hot take on football. College was the only real football left. I exiled NFL a long time ago. Now NIL is going to ruin college as well.
Moving on now, lol.
I disagree on this, I think they definitely need some rules to keep these guys from switching schools every year though.Preach. NIL is destroying college football and college basketball.

I am not against players getting paid. But there needs to be a cap on the $ amount in my opinion, as well as the number of times they can transfer. With some regulation they could save the game. But you can't have guys jumping to five different teams in five years.I disagree on this, I think they definitely need some rules to keep these guys from switching schools every year though.
Although with March Madness no real Cinderella teams are advancing like pre NIL since they are all going to Power 4's after a good year.
I though they had badly fitting doors in America.Being lazy

Transfer portals is more college. Football as football (soccer) are contracts.Being lazy
