In the filing, Meadows’ attorneys argue that since “the conduct giving rise to the charges in the indictment all occurred during his tenure and as part of his service as Chief of Staff,” to the president, the charges should be remanded to federal court.
Meadows’ case has been assigned to District Judge Steve Jones and, according to the filing, the former chief of staff “intends to file a motion to dismiss the indictment,” as soon as he can

He wants a move because in Federal Court it is easier to sever defendents...allowing Trump to take the fall instead of him

I am guessing but I'd say cameras will be on all the time.
considering the importance to the nation, the need for those still trusting trump to hear and see the evidence against the accused, i can only hope so. Not that the die-hards will have their minds changed... likely won't even watch it in case their beliefs get challenged by the truth of reality

meadows' bid to have his trial moved to a federal court involves the use of he's done nothing wrong, just carried out trump's commands in his position as chief of staff... so, yeah, 'just following orders'
