The Georgia Indictments Thread

i believe some of the stuff in the book will be used in the trials... he's either going to have to stick with what he's already put out in print (as team trump hopes) or change his story under oath and be known as a liar

Georgia Law only requires 2 Acts of Conspiracy to be found guilty of their RICO. They have presented 161 Acts.

May the odds ever be in your favor

Funny thing is that GA law was no doubt written that way to crack down on them low down no good dirty demoncrat gang bangers filthying up the cities.

was watching a legal guy saying that given this is the 11th circuit, the defense will no doubt go straight to trying to get this tried in a federal court and might stand a chance

page 45 on the indictments document

"On or about the 27th day of December 2020, Mark Randall Meadows sent a text message to Office of the Georgia Secretary of State Chief Investigator Frances Watson that stated in part, "Is there a way to speed up Fulton county (sic) signature verification in order to have results before Jan. 6 if the trump (sic) campaign assist (sic) financially."

The conclusion in the indictment says, "This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy."

More of Trump's "good" Deplorables... 🙄

Trump supporters post names and addresses of Georgia grand jurors online

ATLANTA — The purported names and addresses of members of the grand jury that indicted Donald Trump and 18 of his co-defendants on state racketeering charges this week have been posted on a fringe website that often features violent rhetoric, NBC News has learned.

This is the thing...if they get a guilty verdict...every one of these people can then claim damages and sue each defendent independently for 3x the punitive amount. This case has teeth if they pull it off

They will try but they will fail

I will give Trump credit for one thing, he is getting indicted at levels no one has ever seen before.
Love or hate the guy he sure seems to have taken “go big or go home” to heart

WAYNE ROOT: Now It’s Official. I Know it, You Know it. Everyone Knows It. Trump’s Georgia Indictment is the Final Proof the 2020 Election Was Stolen

By Assistant Editor Aug. 15, 2023 11:34 am

Folks, now you know it. I know it. Everyone with a brain knows it. Even Democrats (deep down) know it. The 2020 election was stolen. The debate is over.

How do I know? Because both the feds and Georgia just indicted our President for talking about, questioning, and trying to investigate a stolen election. When the communist thugs, bullies and tyrants make it a crime to question a stolen election, in a country built around free speech, it’s 100% proof they stole the election.

All these years later, it’s happening again- with the fixed and stolen 2020 presidential election. But this time there’s a new twist. It’s even worse. Because communists are far worse than the mafia.

Democrats, media and social media conspired to ban any discussion or questions about the rigged and stolen 2020 election- just like the NFL and the mafia. If you talked about it, or questioned it, you were suspended, shadow-banned, or banned for life. You were also demonized and slandered as a “conspiracy theorist.”

The left wanted to cancel free speech on social media and lost. Now they want to enlist the courts in their war against free speech.
Please stop, you’re embarrassing yourself

Trump’s “Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented” Monday.

What’s holding it up?
My money’s on him begging for more money from the idiots who give money to a billionaire

Out of the indictments, I think Smith's indictment has the strongest case. Though this Georgia one has been the actions that pissed me off the most. Calling a state's reps to overturn the results of their state's election. Just thought it was the biggest abuse of power. We'll see how it goes.

Does this mean anything?;

“One month ago, 23 grand jurors and three alternates took an oath to keep secret their deliberations, as they began reviewing evidence and testimony about the alleged attempt to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia.

But under state law, the identities of the jurors are not secret. In fact, the names of the Fulton County jurors are listed on Page 9 of the 98-page indictment released late Monday that criminally charges former president Donald Trump and 18 others.”

Your point being...?

My shared story (and point therein) was specifically about their names being posted to a hate site with violent rhetoric.

Do keep up.
🙂

So, when lefty lunes doxed Supreme Court justices that’s OK. Just once show some self awareness.

Willis, in Wednesday's filing, also suggested that arraignment in the case take place "for the various defendants" three weeks from now, during the week of Sept. 5.
"In light of the Defendant Donald John Trump's other criminal and civil matters pending in the courts of our sister sovereigns, the State of Georgia proposes certain deadlines that do not conflict with these other courts' already scheduled hearings and trial dates," the filing states.

^^^
Where did anyone say this?

It's a good thing most of you Lit Deplorables never finished high school; you would have been laughed out of Senior Debate Club. 😆
It’s the fake outrage by you despicables. ” more of Trump’s good deplorables” Nothing ever comes out of your postings that would suggest waiting for the facts to present themselves. Fuck the trial hang ‘em.

It’s the fake outrage by you despicables.

I guess our "Deplorables" title for your kind is hurting more and more, huh?

Good luck making 'despicables" work, Daffy! 🤣 🦆

Nothing ever comes out of your postings that would suggest waiting for the facts to present themselves.

The facts have presented themselves already - for years. You're a bunch of racist, uneducated assholes, who pray at the altar of an epic loser.

And you'll never shake it.

And you know it. 🙂😘
