Did well for the week!
So, just finished my last exercise round for this week (30 minutes of conditioning + 20 to 40 minutes of walking per day, 6 days a week), and I'm feeling really great. Endorphin rush from exercise is definitely the 2nd best thing to a Session in my book. Also did well on my eating. Starting tonight at the movie theatre is my "anything" 24 hours, too. Hotdog (blame that one on Shank and his "Sneak-a-Peak" thread, LOL) and some ice cream later...
