For a friend... who melted my heart from the moment we met...

It's funny the people you meet in this life.

The people who you smile at as you cross them on the footpath, and never think of again...and the people who, simply, leave an imprint on the fabric of your soul forever.

Never, ever let it be said that...the relationships we make here, in this surreal cyber hyper sexual world aren't real.

I met my kindred here.

And I'll never ever forget her.

Over the last year (could it be that long?...or that short?...it's truly been a lifetime lived in a moment)...no matter the up and downs that relentlessly dogged us...we always had reasons for coming back here.

Be it certain people...or loneliness... or to envelope ourselves in memories of a better time... or to give ourselves a chance at hope for a better future... we always found ourselves haunting these familiar, comforting halls.

But from the moments I said hello to you on that thread of yours...that lead to hours of chasing each other through the music threads, to mile long PMs...to hilarious phone conversations as we both fought for air AND each other to get a word in edgewise... this place, for me, has become synonymous... with you.

And without you, it will never ever be the same again.

But as I told you... you know where you live with me. And that will never change.

You've singlehandedly been the support I've had during this craziest of years in my life... and I KNOW both my happiness and sanity would not even be if it weren't for you.

While i'll miss the smile that crosses my face whenever I see you pop up at ridiculous hours of the morning as I know you're sitting there in your office, the devil disguised behind the proper office clothes... I'll still know you're out there.

And as long as I'm here... a little part of you will always be here... in every one of my posts... simply because, you're a part of me.

Thank you... for being the little tickle at the corner of my mouth that makes me smile..no matter what it is that is waiting us beyond that next rollercoater bend.

And i hope... that this is just the beginning of your time.
