I believe the solution should include bans against coverage denials for necessary medical costs. People can go to the hospital and get all kinds of medical treatment and it's covered. But, go to a hospice and you're basically on your own.

Most of the affordable healthcare plans also have provisions to attach the estate of the covered person. That needs to go away too.
