My rodents are all ferae naturae.....field mice, squirrels, chipmunks, bats (are rodents, yes?), and muskrats all hang out at the lake.

I'm not much for pets, as I travel a lot, but I'd like to have a duck toller or chocolate lab.

i was actually asking Tassie, who recently adopted 3 sweet little white wiggly-nose darlings. (whose names escape me at the moment)

Rats are by all reports, very bright an low-maintenance pets. i have a dog who wouldn't stand for them i'm afraid. She's VERY Dommish. (i think you'd like her) She may wear the collar, but i'm very much the slave.

i have a few BATS in the belfry of the Batcave where i live, but they're not even rodents, and not too cuddly neither.
