This is Chloe Temtchine, a singer, songwriter, musician who came down with the same thing I have, Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension. It's hideous, it takes away your ability to absorb the oxygen from the air you breath. Luckily she was young enough and strong enough to qualify for a lung transplant (me - not so much) and she's able to sing again, and that's what this song is about. I'm completely jealous, but I get to listen to her and think of what might have been...
