Wow... just wow. I have had pineapple on pizza thank you very much. In Thailand you couldn't get a pizza without pineapple, so I had to pick it off. I ate it separately because I like pineapple, but I don't like sweet pizza. Unless the crust is cookie and the sauce is made out of cream cheese and sugar.

Muh fuckers are too picky. Grew up on homemade Chef Boyardee pizza with whatever toppings we had on top. Ham, pineapple, whatever olives, you name it. Then went to college and would eat Pizza Hut, Pappa Johns or whatever no name joint our punk-drunk broke asses could afford. Leftover? Cold? Did it matter? Hell no. Still doesn’t….shit brings me comfort.

Most people aren’t aware of the fact that Chicago has *two* styles of pizza. Everyone knows about deep dish, but “tavern-style” thin crust pizza is the real Chicago-style pizza. So my pizza city rankings would be…

• Naples
• NYC
• Chicago (Tavern-Style)
• Rome

I’m nosey about leftover pizza. Do you eat it the next day? Cold or reheated?

Never! It’s one of the reasons I have to be really hungry when I order or eat pizza, it has to be eaten quickly while it is still hot.

That’s why for me in the uk the only guys to order pizza from are Pizza Hut because you can get a pan pizza which stays hot for longer than the thinner crusts from the other guys.

But NEVER cold and certainly NEVER reheated………


As for olives, anchovies & pineapple……… I won’t even go there

I felt like I did, but I recently lost them. The day before my health scare started, in fact - which is probably why I’m going so crazy over it. We still have slight contact, so I’m hoping that once the awkwardness has calmed down, we can rebuild a different kind of friendship/connection. I miss them so much.

But as of now - no, I have no such person.

ETA: I always tell my staff at work that everyone needs someone they can vent to without judgement and I try to be that person for them. There’s a lot of drama in my work, and I think it’s unhealthy for anyone who finds it stressful to hold it in. I know how it feels to be all alone in the world, and I never want anyone to feel that way, if I can help it.

Yes, I've always had (still have them) a couple of people whom I fully trust and knows most about me. They are people I've known for many years and we've shared a lot together. Their love and support is precious to me.

However, I do not like to share EVERYTHING with anybody. Not because of trust - which, as I mentioned above, is not an issue - but because I do like to keep a little bit of myself for myself. It's a healthy thing, at least for me.
