I have been craving Moo Shu Pork of late...

That's the one with "pancakes" right???

I shoulda got that .... (Only chicken)
I was not impressed with my chop suey ....
I really wanted chicken on a stick.... But evidently that's a Buffett only appetizer

I’ve made moo shu chicken at home multiple times, substituting thin flour tortillas. Was not easy to find bean sprouts or plum/hoisin sauce there either. The “ethnic” food scene was rough in Pensacola compared to here in LA
(Not super photogenic, but super nummy anyway)

Yes, with pancakes.

I like chicken yakisoba, but that is Japanese. Oh, but there was this yakisoba grill under the stairs at the train station I lived by. Just a bunch of concrete blacks and a grill, but incredible food. So many different types. Amazing....
