When I was about eight years old, I wanted to make my parents breakfast in bed. So I got out the pancake mix, as well as eggs or milk or water or whatever. But when I read the instructions, it said "two cups pancake mix (not packed)". Eight-year-old me thought it was stupid, and frankly rude, for the company not to include the pancake mix on a box marked pancake mix. But I was also a Cub Scout, so I promptly got out the flour and proceeded to make pancakes following the directions on the box. I served those flour cakes to my parents. They managed to fight some down, but did ask me how I made them. When I said that I thought "not packed" meant not INCLUDED, they laughed their asses off.

My Magic Bullet (blender, not vibrator!) has been going strong for like 20 years. I got infomercial set that included a big cup, a small cup, 4 mugs with comfort lips, a blender with juicer attachment, 2 types of blades, sealed and shaker tops, and a second set free (with shipping) as a wedding gift for my sister. She loved it so much she insisted our cousin register for it for her wedding a couple years later.
