You need a special tip of finger bandaid. Yep, they make them. After me a staple got in a fight (staple won) I needed a bandaid. Found one in First Aid Box at work.

Use 2. One over the tip and one round to keep it in place. Don't do it too tight though

You have to use two bandaids. One over the tip and then wrap the other one around the bottom of the first one. Or bandage strips if you have them.
