I picked shopping

Personnaly I don't believe I am doing this, but the wife isn't working and we do need to get a few things done before heading to parents place for dinner.

I spent too many years working in retail and now I am happy just to be an idiot. For those who don't know all customers are idiots. (right Curious? Oh wait you can't say that.) This includes those of us who are or did work in retail and are out shopping, we just happen to be enlightened idiots.

We alsways found that volume of people wise day after Thanksgiving was the busiest, but last Saturday before Xmas made the most money. (I don't care if it is a femine hygene I will buy it for him.)

Actually if you haven't looked there are some great sales going on now (50% off). I just went to Joanna's fabrics and there trim-a-tree and Santa's workshop villages are on sale 50% off through today (but maybe longer). It no longer makes sense to wait until after Xmas, the sales start before so the stores can clear the crap out.

Lol, I work at a Wal-Mart and the day after Thanksgiving is our busiest of the year.

LMAO that is my home away from home!! I will be there at 6am Friday morning....ours is a 24 hr Super wal-mart, so I may even go at 5am and sit and wait....

actually, i have had all this week off of work , and i go back to the restraunt on friday , unless i arange a replacement today ....
so , chances are , thats where i will be, although im not too sure how many will be out for lunch , im sure we will see our share of exhausted shoppers, and shopping midows, since we are the only restraunt in downtown that serves booze

I had a good one though I did not get any sleep when I
got home from the overnite this morning.....though I
did catch a quick shut eye after dinner at my uncle's (before
dessert time of course)......even that didn't help.....and
the 3 glasses of wine I had didn't help either.....so I guess
it looks like I'll be sleeping in tomorrrow
