But since I'm a good sport, I shan't. I'll turn him/her down. The only way such arrangements would work were if it were a very large one off payment. If not, sleeping to the top of management immediately loses you everyone's respect, including your boss. Having to live through that reputational damage in an environment where you know people are always smirking/giving you disapproving looks/talking trash about you will really suck - and you won't have a choice because the only way to get paid is to stay there and earn that big monthly salary. The respect, you will never earn back. So. Get paid in full, in advance

I'd make sure that I got evidence of everything that went down and before I agreed to doing something "against regulations" I'd make sure I got plenty of money from him upfront. However, if it was unethical and against my moral standards, I wouldn't do it.

Interesting. "Elderly?" I guess it would depend on the age difference. How old? How young? Perhaps despite the age difference, I'd want to know why and curiosity would get the best of me so, I'd get in the middle of it.

I'm usually a defender, although it's difficult to discern what is meant playfully and what is actually abuse in such one-dimensional media. So, perhaps I'd question the offender first. Communication is paramount.
