Our star running back missed the first series of downs in our forth attempt because sometime during the National Anthem he lost his helmet. It was all downhill from there.

Because it’s fun. I enjoy entertaining readers and I’m good at it. My subjects may be uncomfortable for some, but I’m glad others can enjoy them for their own sake. And I can say that about both my explicit writing and my less controversial content. Also, like many writers, occasionally I just need to get ideas out of my head.

That's exactly why many of us write - to get the ideas (plot bunnies) out of our heads before they drive us crazy with their gnawing on the furniture and barking at the neighbors.
