Got an idea: Group sex but the theme would be found family:
Apartment complex (Smaller one maybe about 10 apartments) is made up of people who don’t have family they can or want to go to for the holidays. However, they have all found a bond with each other and take care of each other.
...at the same time though, there is a growing sexual tension between several members and as they plan a holiday get together, things start to boil over and after the meal an orgy breaks out.
Wasn’t sure what the makeup would be for the group, Had a few ideas:
Retiree who never had a family,
Single mom (kids of course will be babysat or with another part of her family during the story)
Camgirl couple who were disowned by their families.
Ex-con who is perfectly nice but his history has made him estranged from his loved ones,
A few shut-ins,
College students, etc.

Mistletoe
a handy device to create a mix and match situation, esp if one of the characters is named Holly.
some quick variants:
~elves playing under the mistletoe after Santa's sled is off on Christmas Eve
~ the blind girl doesn't know she's standing under it
~ the ugly duckling stands under it on purpose to dare the guys ...does she end up with a girl though?
~ same as the ugly duckling version, but with the nerdy virginal guy...
~ infinite mature versions- how about the older guy who hasn't had even a kiss in years, stands under the mistletoe during his son's party?

~ the college aged (or older ) asult child wakes up in the wee smal hours after hearing "Santa" and sneaks down to see what is under the tree. Can go many ways from there:
