Under a different username I have been friends with someone from here for close to a decade. When I traveled and lived in her country we met regularly as friends.

Through ups and downs we still talk.

Well technically I met him elsewhere, but he did eventually create a name here. So I can say yes. I got to go hang out with a friend of mine who was in town for work and have dinner. It was nice to socialize publicly again.
