Also, until Nubian tells us otherwise, I'm assuming he's out, but I may bring Manta back as a villain later on. And unless he comes back and says differently, I'm going to assume it's Kaldur'ahm under the helmet, having taken over for his father after he died or became incapable of continuing in the role. And if his father is still alive, I'd imagine he'd be rather disappointed that his son acted out of turn to try and prevent deaths of innocent party guests. This could be a turning point for Kaldur when he begins to phase out of a villain role and into perhaps an anti-hero one. If Nubian does not return, I may play him as a recurring villain who becomes a recurring ally to the Outsiders. I don't think I'd bring him in as a full member of the team or as one of my active characters, though.

For the sake of continuity, lets assume her post happens right before Gar lands on Psimon, and then I'll post him getting distracted by Gar, and then her next post has an opening to get him while he's distracted.

This is true, I was in a little bit of a rush when I posted though, so I didn't have time to check where everyone was :/. And it just sounded more dramatic that way . I'll keep it in mind in future though XD.

Star isn't or at the time wasn't really anywhere solid in the room and for that matter neither was Miss Martian. She basically appeared on the field and Star was where ever the plot thought was most useful at the moment. In this case magically beneath where MM decided to appear.



My point was more that if you wanted a chance for her to be caught you should leave the end position of your character ambiguous/ in flux.

This is one of those places where me and Jeff have very different approaches. The only time I'm going to ask you to edit your post is if there is something that is just so glaringly wrong that I can't work around it. Ben right now is Echo Echo or was until he timed out anyway. IF you had him running around as Diamondhead well that's gotta go. Otherwise whatever you give me I'm gonna work with. Like improv. Whatever is there I'll figure it out even if I'm not entirely certain why there are currently pink elephants invading Denmark. Ergo she's already on the floor with a serene look, no longer falling. Not saying I wouldn't have dodged ANYWAY just saying that as it stood it was "too late" to act on that without having you edit. And depending on how many people are on, how fast you type, how specific your actions, etc etc the last thing you want is people editing after the post.

As well she should be! Sammy L is a bad ass but he gets killed lots. The Spirit killed him, a shark killed him, the Winter Soldier nearly killed him and that's just off the top of my head. But Liam?! He cannot lose. He cannot be fought. He cannot be reasoned with. He cannot be escaped.

On other notes, just how far out can Psimon reach, mentally? Because Dazzle really is scared shitless about messing with a Sith Lord, even by delayed action.

And someone should put a stop to the Superboy/Lady K fight, because she actually is maneuvering him into a position to kill him. It may not work, but I think it would hurt him badly, and maybe that's not the best basis for a future team, where one team member has tried really hard to kill another team member.

And in the future, are we going to see Batgirl and Beast Boy monkeying around? (Sorry, there was an opening, I had to take the shot).

Not that I'm trying to tip your hand one way or the other, Jeff . But now I am curious on how a lot of things are going to shape up in your next posting. Also, what would happen if Psimon did get decapitated while Miss Martian was inside his head? Not that I see a Highlander scenario happening, but I am curious!

Works for me. For star I would have to have the fight move into a location that threatened Miss Martian and Star would primarily be just directing it elseware. He has no current way of beating Superboy, though if he set out with the intention of stalling he could probably stall until he was exhausted. Same way Bats vs Callibak? Whatever Darkseid's son is named worked.

Ben could probably beat Superboy if he had to and went in with that in mind. Judging from what we see in Young Justice Superboy isn't much stronger than Aqualad (Aqualad can lift cars by the by) but the times we see them fight or spar Superboy has to use actual skill not just brute strength. So by proxy Superboy probably isn't much (if any) stronger than Rath or Four Arms, possibly even weaker. (Note Superboy is always 'on' and doesn't time out. So even if Ben is more powerful he has to know he's in that situation because if the situation doesn't give him time to use the Omnitrix he's a normal human and for a fight the Omnitrix DOES time out generally after a few minutes. Though there is a lock function if we ever get far enough along that he needs a power up.

Well, right now I'm going on the basis that Superboy has been "supercharged" since the Big Blue Boy Scout (who said that anyway? I can remember the quote, just not the quoter) had trouble putting him down initially. And outside of that being with two debating voices in its head (sorry, my Ben 10 memory is even worse than my Young Justice memory), I can't think of anyone in Ben 10's database who could go head to head with Superman.
