I tend to hold things in until I can't take anymore and then the dam bursts. I find, though, that watching a movie like City of Angels or My Girl , any guaranteed tear jerker--usually gets me to cry. Then I let it all out. Afterwards, I feel better.

*I also tend to think of others and how I don't really have a right to be blue...but sometimes I just have to get it out!

Hi slowgo! Sorry I missed your post yesterday -- well, I am afraid that I tend to be a leaky faucet sometimes with the tears - all it takes is a kodak commercial to get my tear ducts working! My son finds it hilarious that his mom can cry at silly stupid commercials! My sister and her daughters take bets on whether or not I will cry at some show we are all watching... Love the movie City of Angels - strikes the romantic chord in me ... but haven't seen My Girl...hmmm, will check it out.... and yeah... sometimes we all just have to feel our sadness and then let it go....

thank you ... she died last Dec but she and I were very close ... and yes, paperwork is what I am being told without being told the specifics as of yet...

hmm, my mind is always busy which is NOT a good thing ...

Oh that is very tough. Don't mention it. So recent, no wonder you can't sleep.
In general, I think too damn much. I'm not close with the family as a whole, so mine is the trimmed off fat version. lol
