I meant the font in MS Word. Lit uses verdana by default.

I'm not sure it depends upon the white space. My mostly dialogue story (which means there were a lot of one line paragraphs and lots of white space) broke near the 3000 mark too.

I replied that it depends on the MS Word font and size she's using. And then I replied using word count, not number of pages in Word.
