Yes, there are prosthetics available but for M2F that defeats the purpose. Living in the Midwest with agri chemicals, the risk of testicular is high having several friends have it as early as 27 years of age. One had it at 54 and opted not to have prosthetic implants and basically had it all cleaned up leaving the penis intact. His reasoning was the prosthetics are all plastic and questioned how healthy that is to implant in the body. My sister opted out of re-construction from a mastectomy for the same reason having cancer three times. (She's cancer free now)
