The players that will be staying on the Odysseus are:

The players that will be staying on The Trojan:

1 of the Helmsman
1 of the Security Officers
All I was suggesting was that Rex stay on the Odysseus and Corcin fly the Trojan. It just makes sense to me.

My Two Cents, respectfully.

Not that Grace (or I, for that matter) has any desire to leave the relative comfort of the Big O but if the objective is to locate survivors someone from the medical department should be there. Assuming anyone who survived would have been in cryo-sleep for a longer than usual length of time, both a specialist with the cyro-unit and a doctor or nurse should be present at the defrosting. Even if there is no need to thaw them all at once I bet Miss Rita and Oracle is going to want to talk to the CO or their man on the job as soon as possible.

So, someone from medical should go and one remain behind to monitor conditions (i.e. life signs of everyone) from the Big O.

They would be doing that from The Bridge. The Bridge will be monitoring the entire excursion. They will be watching where everyone goes, their vitals, etc. If any of the doctors want to, they can go and remain on the Trojan, but simply if any of the crew members are injured, they would be brought back to the Trojan (along with any survivors) and the ship would return to the Odysseus where they can be rushed to the infirmary.

The Helmsman on the Odysseus will pretty much be monitoring the crew members and having the ship prepped for Trojan dock and release. The ship does not need to be moved unless some random asteroid shower decided to happen, but yeah...

It may get boring for those on the Odysseus and The Trojan, but I'm sure you'll find a way to occupy yourselves. Those stuck on the Odysseus just don't forget that you're also stuck with Rita.

The Engineers help players move through the Galileo by getting the doors back online. They also need to restore the Galileo's functions.

Scientists should have a desire to collect lots of samples of anything alien or anything to be investigated and researched. Also, any objects found on the ship should be collected so that bits of the mystery behind the Galileo can be revealed.
