I'd still demolish that cake, so sweet or not. I love pecans and carmel.

After this week I feel like I could open a bakery. I'm actually kinda sick of chocolate. I didn't even lick the spoon when I made the ganache for the cake and ganache is mmmmm like melted chocolate bars. If you whip it, you can pipe it into truffles.

I'm sure I'll get over the aversion. Like as soon as I slice into that cheesecake.
