I first thought "played out" meant that I could never see the events in the song happening in my life... but now I realize it means, "never get tired of." Right?

I played one of them yesterday.

But this song will always remind me of being young and dumb, going to shows, drinking and drugging. docs and turn-ups, Ben Sherman and Fred Perry shirts.

I actually have to watch how much I play it so I don’t get sick of it.

My first inclination was to choose a favorite pop song, but when I get especially obsessed, I do have to take a short break. So keeping it slow and sexy seems like a more realistic never-enough-song.
