Day 30: A song you don’t think could ever become played out for you

I first thought "played out" meant that I could never see the events in the song happening in my life... but now I realize it means, "never get tired of." Right? πŸ˜…

I love this song. I listen to it often. I don't think I could ever get tired of it.

Wonderful - Adam Ant

I have a knee jerk reaction to the current prompt but I'm going to sit and stew for a while.
*Edit* I think I'm going to wait and see how many of you post songs I would have posted πŸ–€

I played one of them yesterday.

But this song will always remind me of being young and dumb, going to shows, drinking and drugging. docs and turn-ups, Ben Sherman and Fred Perry shirts.

I actually have to watch how much I play it so I don’t get sick of it.

Hmmmm I’m gonna with a song that has travelled with me throughout much of my life and which I still love when we I hear it. And to which I relate to in an entirely different way now than I did when I first heard it.

My first inclination was to choose a favorite pop song, but when I get especially obsessed, I do have to take a short break. So keeping it slow and sexy seems like a more realistic never-enough-song.

You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To - Andrew Bird Trio

At one time, I desperately wanted to become a great tenor. But alas, twas not meant to be.

This aria was one that I worked on and though I could hit the notes, the durability was not there to maintain the top register.

Silver Bird-Mark Lindsay

Too many to choose, so I went with the first song in my YouTube favourites. Discovered this song recently and could listen to it for hours!
