I would bet there are a lot of apps you could get that would suit any smart watch.Which watch has this feature?
Honestly a good walk has this affect on me. Generally the walk starts with my mind racing and thoughts going everywhere. By the end of the walk, my mind has slowed and things feel sorted and calm.It’s Serenity Sunday

Me too. I’m headed out for a walk around the lake today.Honestly a good walk has this affect on me. Generally the walk starts with my mind racing and thoughts going everywhere. By the end of the walk, my mind has slowed and things feel sorted and calm.
Being outside is crucial for me though. I can reproduce that on a treadmill or walking indoors somewhere.![]()

Without being super specific, what gym do you belong to? I’ve tried so many- Lifetime, planet fitness, 24 hour fitness..do you like your gym?What strategies do you have to handle stress?
The gym has become my place to relieve stress lately. Anything or anyone that causes me stress, I type it on my notes app on my phone. I will then look over it before working out and then after that workout, I delete it and start a new one.

No, not really. This is something I often struggle with and really need to work on.

I went for a mountain bike ride today, took a spill and fell over, the stuff in my pocket gave me a deep tissue bruise mid thigh, hurts like crap and leg is stiff LOL. Ice and compression are the order for the rest of the day.
