I take an iron supplement because my iron is always low. I also take a kelp supplement for iodine to help with thyroid function, probiotic every few days, and a glucosamine supplement for joint health and function. I put collagen and protein powder in my smoothies. I feel better when I take them so I say they are making a difference for me.What supplements do y’all take? Do you think they make a difference?
Here’s my list:
Multivitamin
Berberine
Saw Palmetto
Krill oil
Vitamin D (because this is Lit, so I feel it’s necessary to state that I give this as well )
Probiotics
Protein powder
Creatine
I honestly don’t know if most of them make a difference. Creatine does help me push a little farther during workouts, though.
