You need one lucky guy and between 4 to 12 (yes 12) girls. Girls make a circle around guy in middle and drop to their knees at the positions of a clock (ie for 4 girls you'd stand at 12, 3, 6, 9 o'clock) . Use a spinner (I use an old kids learn to tell the time carboard clock with the minute hand removed) and wherever the hand lands the guy turns to that girl and she sucks him off. Re spin every 30 seconds!

We played cocksucker poker in days past.
The guys sit at a table with a tablecloth covering it. They all take their pants off and then the girl/woman came out naked and went under the table. The guys play poker as usual, but now a poker-face is mandatory. The woman can do one or two at once and do anything she wants, as long as she doesn't hurt them.
