I find that cutting out fast food (except for the rare indulgence), not drinking soda (once again, except for the rare undulgence), and sticking to a diet of feathered animals and animals that live in the water works pretty well for me.

Of course, everyone is different.
 
Wow, it's great to see so many new people here. Welcome.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, rain and all. Prescott was chilly but it didn't rain on us too much. Now I get to relax for the rest of the weekend.

Running in to say "hey" to all the Zonies here today...hope everyone enjoyed their holiday yesterday. I imagine more than a few are taking advantage of Black Friday sales, which strikes me as a somewhat misleading moniker for 'the day after Thanksgiving shopping'. I had to look it up to see what it meant, lol. I thought it was something bad!:rolleyes:

No shopping for me. I got to stay home and enjoy a little quiet. Relaxed a bit, got some work done, did some chatting, and currently watching the ASU game.

Hope your Turkey Day was good.

Oh..btw..how IS the ASU game going? They're playing UCLA, I think? I only am wondering because of the UA/ASU game coming up next week. Wow, that'll be a good one, as always! :)

Oh, and mine was good - a lot of cooking..but no dishes!!:D

Seems like eons ago, looking back my first Arizona post was Feb 2004 but I had been a member of lit since Dec 2002. Been hanging around here being a nuesence for a long time, but thats because of the people that post here and there have been some really nice ones and there are now some pretty terrific ones, Bunny and Kitty, and Majic when he shows up. Hmm could almost tell a few ole times stories.....
Hope all are well and enjoying this wonderful cool weather.

And wasn't that a crazy thing about that accident with the El Tour de Tucson? Just terrible...:(

Good to see you again, sweetie...make sure you bring some stories with ya next time...we'll sit around and have a pitcher of margarita's or something.:D

Glad to hear your Turkey Day was faboo. Bonus for you, at least, for not having to do the dishes! ;)

Amazing that ASU won last night. Hurray for defense! Hopefully the offense can get it together for the big game next week. We shall see.

Though I may complain about the cold and the rain, I know we need the water. Plus the rain helps in clearing out the crud in the air. Makes my lungs happy. :)
 
Doing good, Mike. :D Had a great dinner with family earlier, watched a movie with the kids, which I fell asleep in the middle of (as usual).

Having a wonderful weekend.. friend finally made it up from the south part of the state.. after the last year or so of chatting and texting was fantastic to finally get the chance to meet and spend some time with him. :D
