This second subject is very cool also. Nicely done.
By "dynamic" I was thinking along the lines of including motion in the scene. Not like she's running or something, but more so like taking the hair and the cloth of the clothing and putting a breeze through them. Think of the clothing materials you'd see in renaissance paintings where the characters and their garb always looked like it was in a state of motion despite the relative stillness of the poses.
