Dear Dr. Liz

Pequeño checking in again . My wife is pregnant and lately she has been masturbating extremely frequently. I work sometimes 9 to 12 hour days and sometimes that is 6 days a week which entails very laborious work and I also run my own business. I am also the sole financial provider (which I have zero issue with). As you can imagine I am not around nearly as much as I would love to be for her and our child.
