I am proud to announce (or re announce) the first Biker’s Run get together and BBQ… :D

The rescheduled date will be; August 18th, 2007.

The location will be; my place in the sleep town of Woodbury, Connecticut nestled in the beautiful hills of Litchfield county... :)

Who is invited; the good members of Biker’s Run (and very naughty biker chic’s… )

Rule of attending; damned if I know…! We never had rules before…! This is like Vegas, what happens here stays here!

All joking aside this is your opportunity to meet some of the great people on this thread face to face. It will be a day good food, good friends, and good times. Just a day for you to relax in the warm sun with your extended family. No pressure and no egos! Just laughter and lots of fun.

So who all is coming so far: Cyikac, SirGary, and myself… :)

The menu for the BBQ will be: (anyone wishing to bring a entrée please PM me so it can be added to the list and you will receive credit for it… It also help avoiding duplicates)

. Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches made with my special homemade Tex / Mex BBQ
sauce made with tequila.– Jaded.
. Jaded’s Polynesian Honey Glazed Chicken Breasts – Jaded.
. Jaded’s Homemade German Potato Salad – Jaded.
. Vegetable Kebabs with a Peppercorn Sauce – Jaded.
. A tossed green salad - Jaded
. Plenty of ice cold soda – Jaded. (this is a BYOB affair)

I will be supplying…

. Kaiser rolls for the BBQ pulled pork
. Tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cucumber, raisins, crotons, and a assortment of
dressings for the salad.
. Condiments (not condoms! Supply your own… You know you’ll fall right out
of the Magnums that I us…!) such as; Ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt, pepper, etc.
. Paper plates, plastic cups, plastic eating utensils, and paper napkins.
. Ice.

Jaded has a supply of Mardi Gras beads for those naughty biker chic’s wanting to show or rub their tits against ol’e Jaded…

This will be the first in a series of Biker’s Run BBQ’s. They have always been about promoting friendships.

Although we love seeing your bike it is not necessary for those traveling long distances or those planning to drink a little to attend on a 2 wheeler. There are times when a 4 wheeler is a better choice than reading about you in the newspaper. Those planning to attend please PM me so your name can be added to the list attending.

So who else is planning to attend…

Be a part of this historic moment. A part of the legend of Biker's Run. Can you hang there with the best...? It will be something that your grand children will tell the story. I need to know before August 11th if your comings.......... ;)

Good morning, everyone.... :)

It's a chilly beautiful morning (46 degrees) here in the lovely town of Woodbury... :) The skys are a beautiful rich blue. Just relaxing with a freshly brewed pot of Dunkin Dounuts.

I took a well need long ride yesterday up rte 6 through Watertown. Then onto rte 64 into Litchfield. Then back down rte 7 into Danbury. We're I stopped found a new Honda motorcycle dealership/parts place. I have been using a dealership in Oakville and not happy with their ability so maybe it's time for a change. Then from Danbury to back home.... ;) Total distance approx. 150 miles. Just a lazy slow ride along the back roads of CT airing out my head.

I do hope everyone is enjoying this weekend so far.

You may have noticed I have posted the rescheduled biker's run great american 1st cook out yesterday. The object is a simple one and that is to give all of us a chance to meet and talk. Those interested in coming please let me know. Those interested in bring something also let me know so I can post it to the menu. There is a grocery store three blocks from here so you don't have to transport what you need. To those of you that are marryed or want to bring a back rest along to score some pionts... :D Just let me know. Any naughty girls that find this very arousing and want to attend I am sure we can negotate something... After all you'll be spending the weekend with bikers... :D

I have already thought of something I missed on the menu so I will add it and re post the menu this morning.

I need to get some exercise today so I am planning on doing a little hiking today then it will be burgers on the grille tonight. Want to wish everyone a great Sunday.

Morning all,
Jaded that sound like a great time and I look forward to meeting my fellow lit friends. Count me in although I'm not sure how much I can carry on the scoot. I plan on riding over so mayby if there are others heading your way we can meet and ride together.

I just finished hooking up a set of led's under my tank and on the front end. They flood the engine and springer front end in blue light really showing off the chrome. Not sure how legal it would be to ride with them on but you cannot see the actual lights themselves. Only the blue light reflecting on the engine and front end. I'm sure some cop would find it as an excuse to tear me down on the side of the road just for fun.

Well I'm off for a ride through the Adirondacks today, White face by Lake Placid and Tupper lake area. Should be a great day.

NYWings

Brother, you don't HAVE to bring anything... :) I do this because I enjoy the people on the thread. It is amazing to see the re actions, respect, and love that is shared at these get together. Biker's run was built on that respect and friendship. None of us have ego problems. You guys and gals are my extended family.

My friend I think your a little confussed...! You'll be bringing the most important gift. Your friendship... :D I am going to add your name to the list of members attending...!

Have a great ride my friend... :)

Good morning, girls and boys.... :)

It's a beautiful day here in in Woodbury... :) I do hope that everyone had a super weekend. Just wanted to wish everyone a great Monday... :D

Oh, and don't forget about are biker's run cook out... ;)

Gotta run. Catcha ya all later... :)

Morning All, Well I'm back although still not with it. I finally slept yesterday afternoon from 1-6 then again all last night. From Friday morning to yesterday morning I slept maybe 2-3 hours at the most and with most of that on Saturday night. Between me and our crew we took around 500 pics. What a great weekend except for the cold temps and wind. Blackfoot was incredible. If you ever get a chance to see them and like Southern rock you will not be dissapointed. They were sooo tight and right on with their playing! Everyone have a great one!!!

Peeking in with a quite hello

This must the most out of place post of mine so far. I have my doubts about sitting in the back of a bike three times maybe in my life - and clining to the driver with eyes tightly shut - qualifying me to participate here but you seem like a really nice bunch so I thought I would stop by and say hello. :)

Other indirect motorcycle related moments of my life include:

-having a roommate who rides on the weekends

-walking by the biker shop across the street

-and a news clip I caught somewhere about a local biker club raising money for a perdiatric clinic.

So, what does it take for a girl with no tattoes or bike to become an honorable/adopted biker chick? :)

Well good morning daringdarling... :)

We'd like to thank you for drop'n by. Ah becoming a biker chic is more about attitude. There are biker chic's that just enjoy being a back rest and those that want to be the rider. True biker's are a lifestyle. Biker's usually are a close knit family that share the freedom a iron horse provides us. As a rider there is no greater feeling of a windie road, the wind in my face, and a great pair of tits pressed into my back... As far as your back rest experiences I don't think you were snuggled up behind the right man. Trust is a very big part of it. Here on biker's run we are a large family. We share friendships. Here your always welcome. There are no ego problems. When your here your always among friends. So please enjoy your stay. Have fun and welcome to biker's run.

Well gang seems like the night is a slow one. Gonna call it a night and do a little reading.

Pleasant dreams to one and all... ;)

g-evenin' gang..

...Been another hot day here in the western tip of the old dominion, but all in all, a perty good Monday. Hope everyones has been as good..
...Welcome to our lil' 2-wheel family d'darling, make yourself at home. Always good to have new faces posting, helps keep the place young... ;). Checked out your profile, if ya like leather, and long hair ya have indeed come to the rite place.
...Sounds like ya had a helluva weekend hazeny, and if ya are like me, I have found that a long weekend of partyin', seems to take a big part of the week to get over it anymore... But its always good while its goin' on...
...Glad to hear ya are havin' another go at the cook-out jade, still kinda doubt I will be travelin' that way anytime soon, but does sound like this one is a go, good luck, and hope ya have a great turnout...
...A good rain/storm came thru this afternoon, I had barely beat it home, and it was a worm-drowner...It was a good rain, I am guessin' 'bout an inch, in 30 minutes or so, and it is sorely needed. There may be hope for this drought yet, if it don't break soon, I may hafta start feedin' hay in july, and I've never done that before...
...I have Friday off this week, and am planning on takin' off..Not sure where or to what destination, but its like I have said before, its not about the destination, it all about the journey...Sounds like nywings had a nice ride thru the mountains himself this weekend, a leisure ride thru the mountains, is always great....
...hope everyone has a great evenin', and tomorrow is even better

..New asphalt is more an attitude, then it is road... :)

One of these days guys I am going to get to one of these cook outs

I hope you guys have a great day

catch ya's later

Webbo

Good morning, everyone.... :)

It's a hot foggy humid morning here in Woodbury this morning. Prediction of mid 90's and high humidity today. Looks like were going to officially set the seasons first heat wave this week.

Snake always good to see your my friend. I hear ya on the rain. It's been raining here but it's very lite and doesn't accomplish anything. I have been watering the hell out of my gardens. I have six foot tall tomato plants and the herb garden is doing well. The flowers are thriving... :)

Nice seeing you flying through Doc... ;)

Cyikac1986 I would go with the Curtis house. I have to get ready for work. But I will talk with you more when I return. Thank you on the offerings...

Webbo my friend great seeing you. I hope you're still able to get some riding time. I got some saddle time this weekend... :) It is amazing how different it makes me feel after good day of ride'n... :D

Well gang I need to get ready for work. Have a super great Tuesday. Catcha ya all later... :)

Literaly flying through. I am here though. I am reading, however, not always having timeto get involved postng. Two rides this weekend. One 3 hours round trip. The other 6-7 plus hours round trip. Getting some major saddle time in. Wooo hooooo.

Cyikac1986 - You ever get that bike? BTW saw a neat conversion kit that converts ANY bike to a trike. I saw a Sporty trike and a Honda 750 Shadow trike. Was really pretty neat!!!

Negotiations are full steam ahead

Good evening, gang... :)

Today was a long day. It made it to 94 degrees here today and the humidity was brutal. The great thing about were I work is it's A/C'd. I didn't get home from work until 6:30 pm. I wasn't about to start cooking in this heat so I called down to a local Italian resturant called San Remo's with was recently purchased by my good friend Chris (a Harley owner) and order a sausage grind. They have excellent food. Took a couple of minutes to eat then went out and watered the gardens. The A/C is taking my place down nicely... :)

Tomorrow morning my back rest and I are going to spend the day at the beach. I can't think of a better place to spend the day than right next to the cool water. I am going to have to keep a close watch in her. Being Irish she has a tendence to burn and not tan. But she looks so dam cute with all those freckles... ;) Then hopefully if the rain holds of we can make Corey's bike night tomorrow night.

Cyikac, you made mention of bring items to the cook out. Why don't you clarify just what you want to bring so I can add those items to the menu. Keep in mind I have two Webber charcoal grilles and ond large gas grille if you have need for a grille. I am going to prepare the pulled pork the weekend before the cook out in a smoker and freeze it intil the following weekend when it can be thawd out a couple of nights before the actual cook out... :)

Hey Doc, at Super Sunday this year they had a Harley with the trike conversion. It even had the optional reverse. Talk about sweet........... ;)

Well envy all you want now bro. No bike for this biker. I took a hit and tumble ladies and gents about 5 hours ago and am just getting out of and home from the hospital. Lots of bumps, bruises, strains, sprains, and scraps for this biker dude but no broken bones. Kinda suprised me and the doc too but I am a tough old coot. All that milk growing up, ya know. I cannot say as well for my baby though. She is down very hard. Front end is SHOT. Mangled and twisted fender, bent rim, twisted forks, basically f'ed up!!!!

But also maybe some small bite desserts...dazzle you guys with that Chef school training of mine, lol

I'll look into the Curtis House for sure...thanks for the recommendation
