Biker's Run..........................

Evening All, can't wait to see a bike pic Cyikac and from what I've been hearing you in a bikini on it would be ok too!

I'm off early in the AM to the dealer for a new rear tire. I have to be there at 8 and they figure a little over a hour to change it. I'll be all ready for the Fall riding season then. My son and I had a nice ride Sunday in the Adirondacks and stopped at a bar for an oversized lunch. We did get a little damp a couple of times with some drizzle but it still was a good time.

Hopefully Sassy gets her computer back up soon.

Everyone ride safe!

How are you doing my friend. I went through my bike last year when I first picked it up. Where coming into into the fall soon and New England has some real beautiful foilage... :D

G'Day all
Spring is here a couple of days early and I'm still waiting on word if the bank has said yes for the loan for the new bike.....been allmost a week, bet the bastards have lost it

Good morning, everyone... :)

What a beautiful night for sleeping last night. Temperatures dropped and there was a lovely chill in the air. I had all the windows open in the house of course. We are coming into fall season shortly. New England is absolutely beautiful during the season and it is probably the reason I stayed fixed here so long... :D I think I will bring my digital camera out on some of my rides this season and capture some of it beauty. I will post some of these shots here on are little thread and make Cyikac home sick enough to get her to move back to Connecticut... Then I'll have a ride'n buddy... :D

Webbo great to see you again mate... :) I am happy for ya that the weather is breaking in your favor. So my friend you haven't told us what you finally decided on. I know your a secretive blok... :D

Cyikac I do hope your following doctors orders and getting rest. I don't want to have to ride all the way down just to have to spank the fine ass for being such a bad girl. We both know that you are a bad girl...

Well gang it's off to get ready for work. Want to wish everyone a super Tuesday.

Ride safe and ride naked... ;)

Hello to Everyone!
Been on the road for the last week and a few so its time to catch up here.

First on the list is my friend who is doing great! She was sent home from the hospital and the doc just gave her permission to get out and walk each day. She seems to be healing very well! She has to be very careful of everything she does but all looks great for her and who knows... she just might get her wish.

I took a great ride down the Blue Ridge mountains and through the Great Smokey Mountains!
Started out in the rain and had a terrible ride through New Jersey and eastern PA. Heavy downpour rain with tracter trailers and cars in every direction all trying to do 80 MPH. Hard enough to see with foggy goggles under rain gear but when your stuck in a traffic jam with trucks dumping soot on you and heat from all the cars in a hard rain its not fun. Finally broke out of the thunder showers below West VA. Just about 5 hours in the downpour and a very hard ride. The next days more than made up for it. Headed down the Skyline Drive starting at Fort Royal VA. It was solid fog in the morning but as I got higher in the mountains I rode up and above the clouds! The sun above the clouds made for a great day and a very spectacular view as you looked down from 3500 feet! Stopped to take a pic of two 10 point Bucks not more than 20 feet from me grazing. A few miles further down there was a young black bear scratching himself against a tree. He didn't like the sound of my bike Idling and hurried up the mountain. The views were just breathtaking to say the least. At one point there is a deep cove in the side of the mountain where they built a very long bridge in the shape of a horse shoe out away from the mountain curving around the side. I cannot describe how beautiful it was.
Stopped off at the HOG Rally in Knoxville TN. Montgomery Gentry put on one great show and never took a break. They both ride Harleys so they were singing for the family. Wilie G and Tracy were there along with their son to welcome everyone and thank us for riding. Had about 20,000 HOG members show up so Knoxville was a busy place.
I couldn't get enough of riding the Blue Ridge so I took an extra day to ride it on my way home too. Stayed in a place along the ridgeline at 3240 ft. Deer were walking below my balcony at night and I cannot describe the sunrise! Hated to leave but all good things must come to an end ... Till the next time!
Took a detour off the ridge to get something to eat. Met an oldtimer on the side of the road who stopped to ask if I was okay. Told him I was just checkin the map for the nearest town to get a bite to eat. He was riding an old Honda 500 that was not fancy and had rusted pipes but that old bike ran good and didn't smoke. He smiled with a few teeth missing and tobacco stained white beard and told me about a little diner in town. I took his advice and had the Blue plate special. A huge helping of home made meatloaf covered with brown gravey with peppers and onions. Thick steak fries and sweet corn. Some Blackberry cobler with strong hot coffee for desert. The dinner cost me $12.00 and the conversation was priceless. Even the local police were friendly as they had there dinner break.

All in all I clocked 2600 miles round trip. The last leg of my journey home I rode with the biggest full moon overhead shining on me looking like it was trying to light my way home. The air was crisp and those two big cylinders just hummed along in their rythmic beat between my legs. By the time I made it home a corner of that big moon had begun to dissappear from the eclipse!
I don't remember hitting the pillow but sure did have some mighty sweet dreams from the ride.

Goodnight everyone

Good evening, everyone... :)

Today was a long day. One of those 11 hour days... :(

I did get to put my head outside for a little while and it was another super nice day. I am hoping to get home early enough tomorrow to may Corey's. Tomorrow night is bike night... ;) I understand there is another place in Watertown starting a bike night. I will keep everyone posted as I find out more.

Now Cyikac this bullshit line:

"Trust me with the 2 of you around I am going to follow the doctors orders to the letter (well.....maybe)."

You maybe able to pass that off on some folk that don't know you well. But sweetheart my sweet ass isn't buying it one bit. I know and you know you'll do what ever you dam please... :D You a little to dam feisty to take orders from anyone... ;)

Good morning, girls and boys... :)

It was another delicious night for sleeping... :)

HazeNY upstate NY must also be beautiful in the fall. Must be nice to have your son as a ride'n buddy.

Congratulation Webbo that is a nice looking ride. I think you going to get spoiled with that shaft drive. My Wing is shaft driven and it is very smooth and positive. Listen explain to Roze that you have been a very good boy and deserve a new toy. It never worked for me but thats the only thing I can think of. I never claimed to understand women... ;)

Now Cyikac with those short legs and my long legs do you see catching you a serious problem...

Well I am still hoping to get home in time tonight to get to Corey's for bike night. I want to wipe my girl down with detailing spray before heading out. However looking pretty with the dirt parking lot it will be very short lived. But it does look so nice rolling up nice a enterance all clean... :D

Want to wish everyone a happy hump day. I need to start getting ready for work. Still need to water the garden before heading out. Has been dry here for a while.

Ride safe, ride naked... :)

Roze gave me the ultimatum last night when I said that I was picking up the bike today........

it's either me or the bike

so now I have to cancel the sale and hope to god that there was a cooling off period....otherwise I still have to get the bike....just no home to go to

Good morning, gang... :)

Are weather pattern has been holding and it's begining to be comfortable again. We have some much needed shower coming threw tonight. The lawns are starting to dry up. We only had a inch of rain so far this month.

I never did make it to Corey's diner last night. Didn't make it home until to late. I made a quick bit to eat and justed kicked back to be able to face today.

Cyikac I hope you are starting to feel better. I am looking forward to seeing that cutie smile again....

Sassy hope you get a bit of a break soon. God lady you are a hard work'n woman. Haven't seen ya so I gather you still without PC.

Well gang need to get ready for work. Want to wish everybody a great day... :D
