Good evening, everyone...

It turned out to be another hot and humid day here in Woodbury. Once again we set a new record temperature. I can't remember the last time we saw rain. Everything is so dry. The State is on a fire watch that is how dry it is...

Well, I thought that today was going to be a relaxing day. Just play around the house. However at 10 AM i got a call from work begging me to come in. One of the guys in my department called out this morning. So like an asshole with strong work ethics I went in and put in 6 hours. I'll bet I won't answer the phone tomorrow morning... I'll let the answering machine grab it first...

I am gonna go get my shower and relax on the bed. Want to say good night to one and all...

Good morning, girls and boys...

It's a gray sky morning here in Woodbury. It is still humid and hot. No prediction of rain yet.

Last night I crashed about 10 PM. No more fuel left in the tank. This sweet body just need some down time.

Actually, NYWings I am one of those sick puppies that loves to be outside in violent T-storm. I go for walk through the stone garden next to my house. I have been in some that were so violent when the air was filled with so much electrical charge that you can feel the tingling in to body. Being in the stone garden if I take a direct hit I don't have to go any further. I'm were I need to be... Happy to hear no serious damage was done to your place or toys.

Good morning, GG. Ah a little kitchen time! Working on your chef skills are we... I assume you received the chili cook off packet I emailed you this time. Happy reading. Now on your Biker's Run shirt. I know you said you wanted a tank top. Would you like that top with regular straps or spaghetti straps? Email me with your size. As far as the retired remark...! I thought I was retired too...! But ya can't find anyone that wants to work anymore. The kids today coming out of high school without any work experience feel that they should be getting paid at least $25.00 and hour... Hell most of them are a failure at wiping their own ass...! I keep thinking it's time for me to start my own business. I just don't know if I really want to work that hard growing my own business. How every I am getting feed up working for the man. If I am going to work hard it should be for me...!

Well, gang time to get off my dead ass and get going. I need to start moving some of the patio furniture down stairs. I don't need a pumpkin slam dunked threw the tempered glass top. That would definitely give me a serious case of the ass.

Morning All, NYwings, glad you didn't take a direct hit. I thought we got hit last night around 12:30...The lightning was so close all we heard was an explosion and it did sound like something inside the house arced. I got up and checked eveything which was ok but it took awhile to get to sleep. I wanted to make sure something wasn't smoldering. Jaded, better you than me out in a t-storm. Up here on top of the hill, in the open, we're a prime target. I know a neighbor down the road from me a few years back took an indirect hit that came up through some tree roots from a nearby tree. He spent 4 months in a NYC hospital and is mostly fine now except for some heart problems the lightning caused.

Off for an Adirondack ride!!! Everyone have a great Sunday!!!

After talking with Jaded and Sir Gary, I am now the self appointed cruise director for Biker's Run. So, as CD, I am announcing a Biker Run get together for the spring. The thought was to rneet at a cabin somewhere in PA for a long weekend, possibly on a lake or near a recreation area, and have everyone come to spend 1 to a couple of nights, depending on how long you can get away. It will be open to you and a guest or just bring yourself.

I have started looking at places but wanted to get a feel for when everyone thought would be a good time and place...I thought Mid-May to get off season rates. The size of the place would depend on how many wish to attend. I have found places with 2 bedrooms and places with 15 bedrooms in the Poconos area.

Anyone have any suggestions as to where, other than the Poconos, would be a good place? Or if the Poconos are centrally located enough then we shall go with that area.

Once we have the where and when, I will post about things like meals and activities.

Jaded, it's not nearly as bad for a girl to cross dress.....heck some mens clothing is super comfy!

Cyikac, there's tons of places in PA, you can even rent in one of the state parks...most of those cabins are very spartan, or you can look for something with a bit more pizzaz that's privately owned. I've stayed at places in the poconos, and places further west in PA. I think somewhere in that area is prolly best. Give me the date, and I'll make sure it goes into my calendar.

...I know there is a place in the pocomoes that has champaign hot tubs but given that, I woudn't want to get out to eat...

This event is in the spring to celebrate the start of the riding season and the whole state of Penn is acessable to Ohio, New York, The yankee states north and east of New York, Maryland, Virginia, the dreaded West Virginia...heck...the east and North east....quite an area...

If I were to vote, I'd say a place where nieghbors and noise is not a problem and we can relax without judgement or law interferrance ....and a near by Walmart in case we need kutchup...

I wonder....would it be permissable to post a invite to the states that neighbor Penn or is this a Bikers Run event...is there a goal as to how many would be a goal number to attend?

If it were left only to me, I would want one room with two king sixe beds pushed together....

I await further rules and restrictions....but me and "Borderline Love" could use a place to sample good eats and fansination conversation...

Good morning, everyone...

Well, I spent yesterday catching up on my things to do list. Yesterday was the last day that be storage complex needed the people to stay off the newly paved black top parking lot. If possible (weather permitting) I have to get out on the bike on Wednesday. REALLY need to get my head in the wind. Just got so much on my mind that I have to reorganize my direction of thought. So much has changed beyond my control and I need to make adjustments...

I spent part of yesterday fall cleaning and getting ready for the holiday season. I am also starting to gather my shit together for the chili cook off in May. Getting myself phyic'd up competitive wise. I have a call into my buddy Joey (my meat guy... ) to check on availability of cuts of tri tip not readily available in this area. He is very good at getting me what ever I want. Come next may I will be very very ready and a serious competitor. I am relentless and very competitive when I become focused, good ol'e Ranger training...

We received some light shower last night. The area needs water desperately.

It's a work day for me. So I need to head off and get ready for work...

Afternoon All, I just got back from getting the bike inspected and topping of the tank after Sunday's ride. Absolutely gorgeous day here today. Friday they are calling for snow flurries overnight...ugh... Everyone have a great one!!!

Good evening, everyone...

Well, my luck is still holding it was a chilly and drizzly day all long. So not putt today. Tomorrow and Friday is a work day. I need a fix big time...

Monday I finally replaced my serpentine belt tensioner assemble... Only to find that was only a portion of my noise I was getting... Two years ago I replaced this alternator. The front housing bearing in the almost new now alternator is emitting a crunching type noise. It is warranted for 12 months...! However the automotive parts supply I bought it from is going to cover it under warrantee. I have giving them a lot of business before retiring. So I picked up the replacement. I'll replace it this weekend. Last night I went to lye down in my water bed only to discover it has a small leak... So last night all 11:00 pm I had to kill the heater and drain my water bed. Boy am I clad that I sent does few bucks more and bought the safety liner or I would have been mopping the water up off the floor... This has not been a good week.

Well, GG Tuesday evening it took me 2 1/2 hours to completely drain the mattress on my water bed. Now if my memory serves me right it to me 2 1/2 to 3 hours to drain you last time you where. No white bread here...! I'm your dirty white boy... Cum on up if you want to be my nasty little girl. Baby girl were would you like Daddy's large load...

I most definitely need another cup of coffee. Then it time to get ready for work.

Good morning everyone! It is a beautiful, crispy fall morning here in Ohio. I had more computer problems so wasn't able to be around. I actually have been fixed since Mon...but it seems that everytime I log on, I start chatting with this sexy man and never make it here to say HI! Missed him today tho, so here I am.

Loving this weather...my bike likes it too. I like fall riding...warm days, and cools down in the evening...get to actually get the biker gear out. Haven't wore the chaps yet, tho...still too warm for those.

Fall has descended with a vengence here in the Old Dominion. The clouds have rolled in and it is only in the low 50's out there. I love this weather...it was all I could do from running out of work and jumping on the bike. But I refreained..for now .



OK....I am trying to pin down a possible date for our Spring get together. Memorial day is kinda early this year cause of the way the month ends on a Saturday. That means the weekend before or possibly the first weekend in June (happens to fall around my birthday ). COurse there will be no spanking of the birthday girl,lol...I want to be able to sit on the bike you know and I cannot do that with a flaming red ass.

Last night we took a good drenching. Which my lawn and mums really needed. The lighting and thunder was very violent. I did want to go out for a walk but I was to exhausted from work... Good thing is it's Friday and I am not working this weekend. I don't have to be back to work until Tuesday...

Good morning, everyone...

Burr it's a dam chilly morning here in Woodbury, CT. What a change I have 36 degrees on the thermometer this morning. That's dam nipply weather. This morning there is a light frost on the grass.

I had plans on heading over to Woodstock, N.Y. for a local ICS chili cook off yesterday. However I ran into more problems than anticipated yesterday replacing the alternator on my van. The upper mounting bolt snapped off in the mounting bracket. I had to use an easy out kit to repair it. Then it was to late to drive over there....

I spent yesterday afternoon getting the place in cold weather mode. I am going to put one of the Weber charcoal grilles and the gas propane grille away today. Then I need to start to harvest the herb garden before the killing frost. Nothing like nice fresh herbs for cooking in the winter.

Now Sassy ever wonder if your just not used to the truth... To bad about the shower though... It could be something we both seriously need...
