Good morning, girls and boys...
It's another grey dismal morning here in the small New England town of Woodbury, CT. Were had some snow flurries pass through here last night. Which is never a good sign. This is going to be a long cold winter at this rate.
Today I need to get my normal chores done if I am going to get any riding in on Veteran's Day tomorrow. I also need to make my list this weekend for Thanksgiving dinner. I'll pick up all that stuff next week. I make an awesome turkey stuffing and turkey if I do say so myself. My offer still stands to those friends that have no play to go this Thanksgiving. The one think I know I can always get right is cook...
Today is a sorta sad day. Here in town we have had a small antique and flea market every Saturday morning for I would say some 30 plus years. I actually found a set of 1958 Connecticut license plate complete with the metal year tags in mint condition there. At one point in my life I owned a classic 1958 Cadillac Coupe Deville that I used to show off at car show. I would switch the plates on the car once I arrived at the show. It would add a little more authenticate to the vehicle at the show. The property that they would hold this tiny little flea market was sold last year to a development group. Today is the last day they will be allowed to be open. The development company is planning a small mall there and will start construction this winter there. Not sure on the closing date for Corey's. But Wednesday night bike night at Corey's will be gone also... It's kinda sad.
It's time for me to get the day started. Want to wish everyone a super weekend. Don't know if anyone else has noticed but we are approaching a landmark moment... We will soon hit the hundred page mark. I want to wish all a big thank you to all the good friends here that kept are little thread alive... Hopefully we will have many more years together. I am planning more cook outs for us next year. I have registered us for the New England Regional Chili Cook Off. Which should be fun... I would like to possibly do a weeks vacation together along the shore in the fall? Rent a large private house on a secluded section of a beach. Nothing like watching sunsets over the ocean and hearing the cries of sea gulls in the distance. Then retire indoors to a nice fire in a fireplace...
OK, this time I'm leaving. I hope that the weather is holding up for you in your area to get some saddle time. Stay warm and ride safe my friends...

It's another dam chilly morning here in Woodbury with 30 degrees. I do hope it warms up for my afternoon ride....

Today we have young men and women caught out in the middle east in a bad situation. They give there lives each day to protect are freedom. Today I will ride with the American flag flying proudly on the back of my scooter. My only wishes is to have them home safely and to ride proudly next to them. I don't condone this war. Good morning, everyone...
It's a grey dismal morning here in Woodbury. CT. It looks like it is trying desperately to either rain or snow. Temperature is right there on the border line...
I didn't go riding yesterday. The temperature never got above 40 degrees with strong wind gusts it made it feel a lot colder. The weather people are talking a possible warm up towards mid week. So I will try to get out again this Wednesday. I don't have any true cold weather riding gear and never really enjoyed riding in the cold. Just not that hard core of a biker...
Good morning, GG. Yesterday surprised me. I was surprised in the fact that not many other recognized the men and women serving this country current. The network channels played it up. But, the people in my area didn't. I realize the war in the middle east isn't a popular one. Not that any war should be popular. Especially with this brain dead president. I can't understand why the people have banded together and haven't thrown the dopey bastard out of office... But, that is another totally different topic about today's population in this country... Hell that would be another thread in itself. I would happily defend the men and women in are military forces. However, I would never defend this country again. It's not the great country I defended. Hell if the terrorist asked direction to are capital I would have no problem leading them there myself... It's time to get rid of the corruption in this country...!
OK this weeks agenda is to obtain prices on shirts to represent Biker's Run in the New England Regional Chili Cook off. Unfortunately Cyikac has retracted her offer to be a part of the fun. Currently it is GG and myself that will be representing Biker's Run. I am planning on having shirts made up representing Biker's Run / Literotica for GG and I. These shirts will be black with silk-screened white lettering. Across the top of the shirt will be the word's Biker's Run. Below that I was planning to have a detailed skeleton head and below that will be Literotica.com. If there are any other bro.'s or biker chic's interested in a shirt(s) let me know. It will be what ever the price of the shirt is plus shipping to you. I will let everyone know the price of these shirts after talking with the silk-screener's. I figure the black shirt will represent the Biker community and go better with you other gear. Those interested can PM me.
OK, time to get my boot in gear. Today is a day off for me but I have thinks to do nevertheless. I want to wish all the good friends of Biker's a great work week...

Good morning to the sexy host and all the other bikers.
Jaded, some of the smaller communities in my area had some type of recognition for Veteran's Day on Sunday, but the larger community, the county seat, is having a parade and speakers today. There are monuments on the courthouse lawn and the parade ends there with wreaths placed at the monuments and the speakers doing there thing.
And I want to say again, THANK YOU to Jaded and all the Veteran's. I posted somewhere else a thank you to our vets. Many of my biker friends are Vet's...most from Vietnam.
We have a group of bikers, some veteran's, some not that usually support the Vet's by riding in the parade. I had to work yesterday and today so am unable to participate. If I was a veteran, I think the company that I work for allows the employees to attend the event. Not postitive, but I think.

Well, pretty girl you can be sure that the other chef's at the cook off will remember the words "Biker's Run". They may not know who I am now. But, I can assure you that those words will create fear after... The money from winning I am planning to just give back to charity. I am a winner and it's time to focus again on winning. Jaded, I was thinking of some of the things you posted the other day, and I don't know if this will help you find peace of mind or not, but sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is to focus on the here and now and not worry about yesterday or tomorrow. I may have read that somewhere but I do believe it. I find that when I think too much about the past I become solemn, too serious, and too sad about life...and if I think about the future then I become anxious and nervous...but if I just think about today, what I have to do, what I want to do and do it I seem to be able to keep a smile on my face. There are no guarantees for tomorrow and we cannot change the past.
None of us can feel the others' pain, but everyone probably has something that causes them to dislike their past or feel pain from it. That is why we, as strangers, meet here and post our thoughts, our feelings, and know that someone gives a shit about ya, and will greet ya with a friendly tone...that's why I like Biker's Run...it feels comfortable because of the people who come here.
I just got home from work a couple of hours ago. Have to be back at 6pm.

It is a hazy abnormal warmer morning for this time of the year were in Woodbury, CT. The major plans for the day is saddle time... I seem to sense not many work riding days left for me this season. Once my pretty girl is put up for the season I'll start having withdrawals...
Sassy, I want to thank you for your concern for me. But that is simply the way I am. It's my compulsive need to succeed. I become driven. I have accomplished many things in my life that I am very proud of. I usually don't talk much about my past as I don't like to sound like I am bragging. Having been a project leader for the Hartford insurance company here in Connecticut I can assure you that the chili cook off project is extremely well organized. Right now I have the need to feel like a winner. It's a personal thing. My knowledge of herbs, spices, and techniques gives me an edge. I have come to the reality that I don't understand women at all... So I'll stay with the things I do know and feel safe with...
OK, time to get my sweet ass in gear... I think I am going to make pancakes for breakfast this morning. I like a nice full tummy when I'm out on the open road. Were am I head today? Which ever way the wind blows. Once past the rush hour to work the back roads aren't to crowded. I will be taking it slow as there are a lot of leafs on the ground. Once I get back I am planning to get some grocery shopping in for next week. The last place I want to be trying to get grocery shopping done for Thanksgiving dinner is a day or two before the holiday. My offer still stands to any one that doesn't have plans for the holiday. I am an awesome cook...

Grrrr, didn't get to go riding yesterday. The sun came out for about an hour yesterday then clouded up and started to drizzle. Some think about rain and wet leafs I don't care for. Maybe I'll be able to get out this weekend.

If the temperature gets up to warm me and my best girl are gonna hit the road this afternoon... Destination were ever the wind blows. I have been working hard this week and need some road time to blow the dust out of my head...

I will say that is a very nice look'n ride. We have several wings in the area with trike kits. Wings in general are a great riding bike. I can only imagine how nice it rides with a trike kit. I am the proud owner of a restored 1981 full loaded Honda GoldWing Interstate. A friend that is a mechanic heard I was looking to find another bike. Had to give mine up when raising my two beautiful kids. I was looking at older Harley's and just didn't want to lay out the money they were asking. He had a friend that was going through a very mess divorce and needed money. The bike was stored covered in his garage for over 10 years. It would turn over. But wouldn't start. It has only 31,000 original miles. It was a gamble but I bought it for $1,800.00. It took a lot of TLC and elbow grease but she runs like a champ. The previous owner took good care of her. What wasn't available chrome he polished the casings until the looked like chrome. She is a deep wine red with black com star mags. At the many cruise night locally she draws a lot of attention and loves it...
This weekend I want to finish my Thanksgiving grocery shopping. I picked up my 18 lb. fresh turkey yesterday. With my love for cooking I am in heaven with the Thanksgiving holiday up and coming. My Thanksgiving Day will start at about 5 AM. The place will be filled with the great smells associated with holidays. If we have any local bro's or chic's without a place to go for Thanksgiving give me a shout. In the true meaning of biker hospitality my door is open to my friends...

OK, time to get my ass in gear. I think the trees are finally finished dropping their leafs and I can finally finish raking the yard this morning. Besides I need another cup of coffee.

Good evening, everyone...
I do hope everyone's weekend is going fine. Got in some ride'n this afternoon for a bit. It started to become cloudy so I returned back home. Went to San Remos here in town for dinner. Brought back some good memorys.

Well gonna call it a early night. Want to take a shower and warm up a bit. Got a little chilly riden this afternoon.

It's was a chilly 36 degree morning here in Woodbury, CT. Today the Giants face Detriot this afternoon. I am about to head out the door to get some of the leafs raked up again. Been it's game time...
