Friday the 16th is my last day. Kidneys are holding their own, so it looks like no dialysis just yet

Actually I feel just fine. I do suffer a bit more fatigue, but nothing major. On either side of my pelvic area by my hip bones I feel a tiny bit sore, but I think it's from my waist bands rubbing where they target.

All in all, I have a positive feeling about a very negative thing. The people I meet, the employees at the center, all of them are wonderful.

Well, 21 days down, seven to go. Its looking like I'll never get beat up by the treatment. They tell me it's working well, and the tumor is shrinking. I can already tell it is just by the lack of symptoms most of the time.

In a couple weeks I'll get a PET and CT scan, to get some exacting numbers for the surgeon

I (and the wifey) get my vaccine on Friday, right at the treatment center. I'm getting the Johnson & Johnson

Four treatments to go. It was confirmed that Monday is my last day, and my kidneys are still at the same level as the day I started, so four more should be a breeze

Dehydration has become a bitch, but nothing I can't handle with some effort. No nausea or any of that, which I'm thankful for.

So I have a check up two weeks after the last does of radiation, and then the PET and CT scans two weeks after that. If all is well, I wait another thirty days and then they do the surgery.

Oh, and I just learned I'll have another grandson in October
