If you plan to visit Florida you can attend all the drag shows you want. They are perfectly legal and are in abundance. If you want to dress up as a drag queen, you’re free to do that. There are no “don’t say gay” laws on the books so you can say that word anywhere you want, all day long.

There are don't say gay laws. You just don't see the interpretation as many others do . That's.part.of the vagueness and part of the right wing strategy......allow citizens to decide whether something is against a law that differs based on the perspective of the reader and let the courts decide. The laws, the police, and the courts in Florida do not prohibit anyone from being gay, saying gay, attending a drag show, performing in a drag show, or going to gay bars. In fact Florida has a substantial LGBT community within its fast growing population. Disney is actually hosting a major lgbt event this summer.

If that is the legal definition we really need to work on making sure kids don't go to Arriana Grande or remember Miley Cyrus invented twerking a few years back. Hell they really couldn't go to most concerts and this goes as far back as the camera staying above Elvis' hips when on tv.
