Disney Checkmates DeSantis

Nope, pretty sure concerts by those pop stars have not been banned. But keep searching for a victim.
Exactly, none of them have been banned. Why not, they very clearly meet the definition. If you think "Hips don't lie" sung by a woman in a short skirt, or "Bootylicious" or "Thong Song" don't qualify and your definition specifically mentions fake genitals or breasts its very obvious what you are actually on about.

Bless your heart.
HB1557, signed into law by "Governor" DeSantis, is colloquially known as the "Don't Say Gay" law, and no amount of gaslighting on the part of you or your "elk" can change that underlying fact.

Thanks for sharing a grievance brochure published by the national teachers union. The law they are complaining about does not say “Don’t say gay” anywhere in the title or the text. Woke whiners literally made that up.

Actually the law references “adult live performances.” Relax. You can go to all the drag shows you want.

What part of “adult live performances” that “depicts or simulates nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement, specific sexual activities, … lewd conduct, or the lewd exposure of prosthetic or imitation genitals or breasts” do you not understand?

Please find a way to define that wouldn't apply by the rules you set? IF this isn't simulating doggy, eating ass and even a strap on I don't know what is. If your saying her wearing an out fit that's only a few shades off from her skin tone isn't simulating nudity again, not sure what is. That WAS a live performance not that I'm really clear on what makes a live performance so important. Like is the Super Bowl live if you're watching it from home? Do you have to physically be in the room for it to qualify? Why that distinction? We don't let kids watch porn, nobody is saying "This is okay because Timmy wasn't in the room with Jenna Haze." We admit that this is the modern world and the only way you're keeping Timmy from porn is if you are always in the room when he has a computer, and don't let them have a cell phone. Twenty years ago I would have said no child needs a cell phone. These days I only know of one pay phone in my area and would a child even know how to call collect?

Anyway you really should stop it makes you look really stupid.

I’ve never seen Milie Cyrus perform and don’t care to watch the video. I’ll take your word for it that she was simulating doggie, eating ass, and even a strap on. Yeah, that might qualify under the FL law. Is restricting that kind of shit to adult audiences what has you so worked up? Lol.

Oh Look.
"Shoot Teh Messenger"
SAD.
Oh look. I shared the text of the actual bill and there is nothing in it that prohibits saying “gay.” But keep believing your woke sources on the internet and whatever you do, don’t dare say gay in Florida. 😂

There are no “don’t say gay“ laws in Florida. The woke can interpret the laws any twisted and convoluted way they want. The laws, the police, and the courts in Florida do not prohibit anyone from being gay, saying gay, attending a drag show, performing in a drag show, or going to gay bars. In fact Florida has a substantial LGBT community within its fast growing population. Disney is actually hosting a major lgbt event this summer.
Really? Which LGBT event is Disney hosting? I’d love to hear about it.

Police found nothing lewd about this drag show. Maybe Baby can explain why the state is going after people for it.

So you do understand that drag shows are not banned in Florida. And you understand that the sexually explicit restrictions in Senate Bill 1438 only applies to live performances that allow children.

And you’re bothered this complaint filed by the State of Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Division. If this is what has you all riled up and outraged, so be it. Responsible Florida parents will not be bothered in the least.

So again, doesn’t address what I wrote.
Since they didn’t break the law, why is there an investigation?

That's not her target audience and never was. The fact that you and yours weren't pissed about this shows that its about the LGBT community not protecting kids from sex. Which is stupid to begin with.

You say the Orlando Philharmonic Plaza Foundation didn’t break the law. The Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation says they did. There are six different counts in the February complaint charging violation of several Florida statutes.

Lol. I wasn’t pissed because I have never paid any attention to Miley Cyrus. You obviously pay a great deal of attention to her and that’s fine. From what you describe about her act, it sounds one I would not take children to. I’m also not pissed about Florida’s restrictions on live performances featuring sexually explicit content because I don’t live there, don’t have children there, and find the laws to be very reasonable. If you and other woke people choose to be outraged, knock yourself out. Responsible parents in Florida are not sweating.

I don’t say that, Orlando PD says the show wasn’t lewd.
You’ve already cited the law showing drag shows are illegal, why are you still arguing?

I suggest you read the complaint. There are six counts. Comments attributed to the Orlando investigators in various news reports were general and do not address the specific allegations and charges. Furthermore, regulation and enforcement of liquor licenses are overseen by the state, not the Orlando PD. I have not cited any laws showing drag shows are illegal. There are none. I cited laws that restrict the type of sexually oriented content permissible in live performances attended by children. I even linked the text. I suggest you try reading that as well.

BabyBoobs knows the vagueness of the Don’t Say Gay law, much like the vagueness of recent anti-choice laws, allows for selective application and interpretation. It also creates an atmosphere of uncertainty that serves as de facto censoring / banning.

Just like decent intelligent people always knew Faux “news” was the ACTUAL “lying, fake media”, they also knew the “republicans” were the ACTUAL party of government censorship and regressive policies.

No such law exists. You cited the law, you should go back and actually read it.

So again, if there was nothing lewd what is there to investigate? What does a liquor license have to do with anything?

The violations are cited in the complaint. OPPF is entitled to a hearing if they choose to contest the any or all of the 6 counts.
