I'll start with the *happy dance* In Treasure of the Sierra Madre.

I am just listing them as I think of them, lol. Not in any order of importance. Another one that just hit me....

The scene in Singles, that I always think of when I see Jeremy Piven. Where he is running the check out at the grocery store, and he recognizes Campbell Scott as a DJ from college. Keeps going on and on about it when Campbell is trying to buy a pregnancy test for his girlfriend. I will forever hear Piven singing "What's so funny bout peace, peace, peace..." every time I see him, lol.

Oh, and also the flashback Campbell has of being told about sex ed by a dr, and then trying to retell it to his buddies on the playground, saying that spam squirts out a man's penis. LOL!

The spam was the best !

I dug the scene where Campbell comes up to Kyra Sedgewick and asks her about the "Act." I always get it confused when re-telling it, but it's classic. It boils down to Campbell, trying to pick her up in a club, saying that he and his friend have a bet whether it's better to have an act when talking to a chick, or (his idea) to not have an act. Her reply is maybe his act is having no act.

Touching scenes -- John Cusack with the boombox outside the window in "Say Anything."

Ben Affleck and Mira Sorvino (maybe? I can never remember her name) talking on the train about the loss of relationships -- her with her exhusband, his with God, in Dogma.

I laugh my ass off every time Jay finally gets the "Holy Bartender" joke.

Well I thought of a few:

In Kung Pow, where baby chosen one is rolling down the mountainside, and a woman picks him up says "oh, so cute" then "bye bye" and lets him go to keep rolling...lol...i love that movie

Robin Hood: Men in tights, the ending where robin's key doesnt fit...haha

in Monty Python....where the french soldier says K-k-k-k-nitz!!!....he's actually saying knights...lol

My favourite opening scene is the one to Donnie Darko

Jake Gyllenhaal cycling down some beautiful country laes with magnificent scenery, before just lying down in the centre of the road.

All to the strains of 'Killing Moon' by Echo and the Bunnymen.

One of my all time favorite movies...Coal Miner's Daughter. I love that movie! I have always loved the scene where they auction off the pies, and Doo spends five dollars on Loretta's pie, only to find out she used salt instead of sugar. LOL!!

What are your all-time favorite movie scenes? Funny, sad, silly, scary...what are some scenes that you love, could even watch them over and over? This can be a quote or just a description. What about it did you love so much? I have many, some are not even the best movies or even my favorite movies, but the scenes in and of themselves are just wonderful. I'll start:

"Gee, I'm real sorry your mom blew up, Ricky." John Cusack, Better Off Dead.

That is a classic quote and scene, it kills me every time I see it, I laugh over and over again. So few funny things can make you laugh every time, because the shock value is gone. I have many more to come. Let me hear some of yours!

How about this one, from a much older film this time, Kelly's Heroes, when they sneak up behind the Tiger tank in the village streets in the Sherman to hit it in the only place it can be damaged, only for the killer shell to be a paint round, a major WHOOPS!!!!!! moment if ever there is one.
