I actually tried to surf through and check the names before I chose one, but there were almost 400 pages of names in just the "M" section! Crap! And there was no easy way to check to see what was taken.

I did check to see if there were other Martini's out there, and there aren't any that have posted more than once or twice. So hopefully I'm safe with this name!

You're right GG, I didn't want to come back after just a week...but I do have to admit that the Duke lives up to his name "The Duke of Oral" quite nicely!

And the Duke has decided to come east - so in three weeks he'll no longer be a Texan, he'll be a Georgian!

Heaven knows I need coffee this morning. My little one has competition next weekend, he has practice everyday but Sunday and Monday. Mommy is whooped.

He is competing in martial arts. We have the forms part down but just getting the sparring in line now. For a 5 yr old he is tickled to be allowed to fight, to be able to kick and hit as hard as he can and its okay with mom. Thats pretty cool to him.

Practice is 70 miles round trip so we are staying in the road. For me it means that I'm going from 6 am until 10 flat out.

After next weekend things will settle down a bit though.

GG ~ I woke up a bit early, but that happens. I have been continuing to look online, with newspapers, making calls to recruiters I am working with. It just has gotten so old. And then to hear news of more layoffs, more companies cutting back their number of new employees. I even have people from here looking, checking their local Sunday papers and all as well. It will happen, someday.

Thanks for asking. I will be getting down to where He is one way or another.

Hi im new to the atlanta area. I just got here a few months ago from NC, and a few other states, im 30, M, and single. and figured i would just say HI to everyone here. ANd for the records im a horrable typer, thats why god invented spell check!

First Few Parades

I went to The Knights of Ecor Rouge Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday. It was great...Sorry guys no pictures... I was a little pre-occupied to have a camera handy. It was a fun all around, Smiling Faces, Beautiful people. No boobies this year. I'm actually kinda glad for that, The Parade is in a small town near mobile... It's nice to have a *fun*parade, as apposed to an out of control drunken orgy. Those have there place though. I had a little too much to drink, a few bloody mary's, a few Bacardi and coke's. yeah, Major headache yesterday. Anywho, I'm going for round two this weekend, even going to a Ball...Gee I'm moving up in this world. Maybe, you're all nice I'll bring some pics back this time
